Flash/Web Development project management
Got a little request for everyone out there…anyone have some good resources for someone who would essentially be a beginner for project management in the web/flash development field? Not so much looking for project management software, more like where they would learn the ins and outs of a project workflows: different phases of the project, SOWs, dealing with specs for a project, things like that.

What does flash have to do with it?
Certainly you will need to know the stage’s of a flash design/production, however i think it should be dealt with like a normal software or any other process. Agile perhaps?
Thanks

i disagree andreas. I don’t think most web development projects should be managed like ‘normal’ software projects, and most of what I’ve read about the subject since this post seems supports that.
